Award entries

You retain ownership of material you submit, but you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

By submitting an entry, you grant ACA Pakistan and its organisers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, reproduce, edit for reasonable formatting, and use the submitted information and materials to administer, publicise, and report on the awards. We will seek appropriate permission before using material beyond those purposes where required.

Decisions and conduct

Award decisions are made at the discretion of the organisers and, where applicable, appointed judges. Decisions are final for the relevant award cycle to the extent permitted by law. The organisers may withdraw recognition or take other reasonable action if an entry is found to breach these terms or the published entry requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the website and its information useful and current, but provide no guarantee that it will always be accurate, complete, available, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA Pakistan and its organisers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on its content, or participation in the awards.
