On account of International Chefs Day, MasterClass Pakistan Hospitality Business School presented the third chapter of the Annual Culinary Awards in Karachi on 20 October 2022 at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi — The City of Lights.
Honouring Culinary Heroes
The aim was to celebrate the unsung heroes of Pakistan’s culinary fraternity — culinary professionals, home chefs, and digital food communities who have significantly contributed to the expansion of the Pakistani culinary industry.
Welcoming esteemed guests, Mr. Usama Ahmed, CEO of MasterClass Pakistan, praised culinary heroes, celebrity chefs, and digital food communities, as well as notable personalities including Chef Mehboob, Chef Gulzar, Shireen Apa, Chef Rida, and many more.
Industry Gathering
The ceremony was attended by 300+ guests including industry professionals, celebrity chefs, digital food communities, and guests from renowned food brands such as Young’s Food, Unilever Food Solutions, National Foods, Shan Foods, Shangrila, Sunridge Foods, and Unity Foods.
Sponsors shared their journeys in the food and culinary industry. A lucky draw provided winners with appliances by Expert Appliances. The evening mixed awards, cultural music, and dinner — a day of appreciation for Pakistan’s culinary industry.
